In environments where many people work together on content, it may happen that two persons work in the same web page at the same time. Risky business, because one of them may lose his or her recent edits. Shazzoo always prevented this with a warning while saving the web page. The upcoming Shazzoo release 7.2.4 introduces a new feature that gives you even more comfort: locking. Locking provides you information which web pages are being edited by whom.
Web pages that are being edited are indicated in views by a little lock icon in front of the titleHovering your mouse over such icon gives you all necessary details
Although you might have edit access to a locked web page, if you open it in the editor you get a message and the page opens in read mode
If you`re planning to work on a couple of web pages today, just select them and click on the view action `Lock`
All selected web pages are locked now on behalf of you
