Column	Description
1. Comment	If you perform an action on a selected document (i.e. delete) and the action was not successful a red icon with a exclamation mark notifies you. If you hover over this icon, the reason of failure pops up. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
2. Title	Title of the document.
3. Author	Author of the document.

Action	Description
Delete	Moves the selected stationeries to the recycle bin.
Edit	Opens the selected stationeries for editing.
Change	Changes properties of all selected web stationeries. Click on the action, modify the appropriate properties and click Ok. In case you select a stationery you have no edit access to, you are notified (visualized with an exclamation sign in front of the stationery title, hover over it with your mouse for details). Collapse	Collapses all categories. To collapse a single category click on the little minus icon in front of the category.
Expand	Expands all categories. To expand a single category click on the little plus icon in front of the category.
Search - Create query	Creates a query you can trigger to perform a search. For more information in the query, click here.
Search - Select query	Selects a query from a picklist. For more information in the query, click here.
