1. Comment

If you perform an action on a selected document (i.e. delete) and the action was not successful a red icon with a exclamation mark notifies you. If you hover over this icon, the reason of failure pops up.

2. Date created

Date and time the page comment was posted by a visitor of your web site.

3. Author

Person that posted the page comment.

Is always Anonymous unless the visitor of your web site has logged in.

4. Email author

Email address the poster has left.

View action

Description

Delete

Moves the selected comments to the recycle bin.

Edit

Opens the selected comment for editing.

Opens help document for this view.
